Our first priority is always to consider our clients' wishes and welfare. Our dedicated staff has a reputation for straightforward, unbiased guidance and assistance through difficult choices. We explain choices and probable outcomes while seeing to the needs and wishes of each valued client. Our Care Coordinators effectively respond to the needs of clients by providing:
- Case Management- Case planning, residential planning, hiring and supervision of professional care services and family counseling.
- Support Services- Meeting personal needs such as shopping, medical appointments, moving, etc.
- Healthcare Services- Includes conducting ongoing medical records review, and consultations with physicians, nurses and therapists to ensure that decisions are consistent with client preferences.
